HOW OFTEN DO YOU RUN UPDATES?

We run standard updates at least once per month. If there is an important update, to prevent security issues, we will address those immediately. We often wait a week or so before implementing major WordPress updates so that all the bugs are ironed out first.

IF MY SITE IS ALREADY BROKEN CAN YOU FIX IT?

Yes we can. We will take a look and see whats wrong with your website, and do our best to give you an approximate estimate as to what needs to be done and how long it will take to fix it. In some cases we may charge a small cover fee in order to properly assess your unique situation and needs.

WHAT IF AN UPDATE BREAKS MY SITE?

Your site is immediately rolled-back to the backup state taken prior to updating. If your website is ever broken from an update or change you make, don’t worry, we keep a back up all of our websites for 5 days. Simply notify us within 5 days of the website breaking, and we will roll-back the website for you.

HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?

You can upgrade your plan at any time, simply give us a call!

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

We bill all reoccurring payments the first week of each month. If you need to be billed on a different cycle give us a call. We will do our best to meet your individual needs.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment can be made using all major debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
